STARAMBA SE (XETRA: 99SC) is expanding its management team due to the rapid growth of the company. As of 1 December 2017, Frédéric Cremer will join the management team of CEO Christian Daudert in the function of Chief Operating Officer (COO). The Board of Directors of STARAMBA SE adopted the corresponding resolution unanimously on 29 November 2017. The further professionalization of the organizational structures takes place as part of the systematic expansion and internationalization of the social VR network STARAMBA.spaces.
The Belgian Frédéric Cremer (41) is a renowned manager of the international games and online industry with more than 15 years of experience in design management, business development and publishing. Before that, Crémér held leading positions amongst others at the French games company Ubisoft Entertainment S. A. He has been responsible for all major gaming platforms and mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android in more than 25 countries.
As COO in the Management Board of STARAMBA SE, Frédéric Cremer will be responsible for business development but also for “Characters” (Virtual Reality and Digital Content), “Publishing” (with Marketing and Quality Management) and “Operations” (HR, Legal and Administration). In Publishing, Cremer will place particular emphasis on Community Management and Customer Relationship Management.
