At its meeting today, the Board of Directors of STARAMBA SE (XETRA: 99SC) cancelled the appointment of Frédéric Cremer with immediate effect. The employment was terminated by mutual agreement. Frédéric Cremer assumed the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of STARAMBA SE on December 1, 2017. “We thank Frédéric Cremer for his commitment and wish him all the best for his future,” says Christian Daudert, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of STARAMBA SE.
At its meeting today, the Board of Directors also appointed Rainer Hjort as his successor as “Acting COO”. Rainer Hjort is a renowned entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in project and product management, information and communication technology (ICT), software development and operations. He founded his own ICT company in 1993 and was significantly responsible for the development of the production systems of the Jamba/Jamster brand as well as for the development and operation of the entire ICT landscape during the company’s growth phases. Rainer Hjort was also Senior Vice President Information Systems at Fox Mobile GmbH.
“With Mr. Hjort, we are pleased to have gained a proven expert for us, who has already successfully built up companies on several occasions and also has profound technical know-how, especially in the area of ICT.
