STARAMBA SE (XETRA: 99SC) continues to keep up the pace of implementation of its measures for a fresh start. The company has implemented the resolution passed by the Annual General Meeting on 18 September 2019 to change its name to NEXR Technologies SE.

The new name was entered in the commercial register with effect from 9 October 2019. The name change is accompanied by the launch of a new website and logo as part of a consistent corporate identity. The company can now to be found at newwebsite.nexr-technologies.com. The new name will be implemented promptly in the entire external image.

Under the leadership of Managing Director Markus Peuler, newly appointed on 13 September, the Group is systematically and purposefully working through the defined measures of its restructuring plan. This includes, among other things, a precise definition of the organisational structure. Under the umbrella of NEXR Technologie SE, the business units VR Experience, 3D Scanner Systems and Motion Capture & Animation will in future appear under their own name and logo. The label “VRIDAY” combines VR projects and services, “3D Instagraph” develops and distributes the in-house developed scanner systems and “OnPoint Studios” offers all services around motion capture and animation in one of the largest MoCap studios in Germany.

Through the name change and the comprehensive launch of the associated corporate identity measures, the brand core of NEXR Technologies SE is clearly communicated.

Since the renaming is purely a change of name, the business form will be retained. Essential data such as the commercial register number, bank details and turnover tax ID number, as well as the general terms and conditions, and sales and delivery conditions are retained and are not affected by the change of name.
